The clock starts when you pay. At twelve months, you either hold an offer letter or you hold your ₹6,00,000. Either way, you are not where you started.

A refund is only cheap to offer if you know, before you take the money, who will be placed.
We have trained cabin crew for Indian and Gulf carriers for twenty-four years. Before you pay anything we read your profile against the airline you want and tell you plainly on WhatsApp whether it fits today. If it does not, we say so. A refund we can predict is a refund we would rather not take.

Is this a guarantee?
No. It is a refund. Nobody honest guarantees another company's hiring decision. If you are not placed within twelve months, the ₹6,00,000 comes back to you in full.
What counts as placed?
An offer letter from the airline, with your name on it. Not a shortlist, not a call-back.
What happens at twelve months if I have no offer letter?
You are refunded the full ₹6,00,000. No questions asked.
Is the training fee also refundable?
No. The Domestic to International training, ₹1,50,000, is non-refundable. Only the placement package is refundable.
Who can take it?
Cabin crew currently flying with a domestic airline who want an international carrier.
Who works with me?
A dedicated placement manager: one person who builds your CV for the airline, prepares you for that airline's interview, and works the openings with you until the letter arrives.
