The gap
Why good domestic crew fail an international assessment.
Flying experience gets you into the room. It does not get you through it.
International carriers hire on an assessment day, not in an interview: group tasks in English with strangers, an English test, a grooming check to a stricter standard than any Indian carrier applies, then a final interview that asks why you, why now, why leave. Domestic crew walk in confident and get cut in the group round, because nobody trained them for the group round. The exact format differs by airline. We train you for yours.
The training
Built around one airline, not a general course.

We prepare you for that carrier's process, in the order it runs it. Preparation for Qatar Airways is not preparation for Air Arabia.
The assessment day
Group exercises, the English test, the one-to-one interview. Practised and corrected until the real one feels like a repeat.
Grooming to international standard
The standard is stricter than the one you passed at home. You learn exactly where it is stricter, and you meet it before the day.

Is the ₹1,50,000 refundable?
No. We say so here and again before you pay.
Does the training include placement?
No. Training and placement are separate. The Placement Package is a separate ₹6,00,000, refunded in full if you do not hold an offer letter within twelve months.
Which airlines can I target?
You name the target. Our students have gone from Indian carriers to Qatar Airways and Air Arabia; the board on this page shows them.
Do you guarantee selection?
No. The airline decides. What we train is the part of the process that domestic crew are never prepared for, and what we can show is the board.
